    Daria has been my trainer for about a month now and I love/look forward going to her. I have a lot of back/joint issues and she has helped me with exercises to decrease the pain and strengthen my back/core. I suffer from GAD, she has also been helping me out with that. She is very straight forward and knowledgeable. She never pushes me harder than she knows I can handle. I would recommend anyone to her.

    I started with Lindsay over a year ago. She helped me get on track with my eating habits and working out. I have lost 16 lbs so far and am close to my goal. I love her group workout atmosphere and doing new things such as swim boot camp and workouts and Redrocks. Lindsay is very flexible with her time and is willing to wake up early so I can work out before work. Sometimes the workouts are a little slower depending on who is in the group but most of the time we are working out constantly. I think it would be beneficial to break away from the gym to allow for more room and new workouts.
