I also take my time with each client to ensure that they understand what they are doing and why. I will coach them how to breathe while they exercise. I help to transform them not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I enjoy working with beginner and intermediate physical level folks. At first, they start out not so confident and say things like "I will never be able to do that" or "I cant do that". Then I teach them how to achieve whatever that is with progressions over time.
